Return Policy


Returns
  • We offer returns on items shipped to Singapore and Indonesia addresses, within 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused condition (with its original packaging).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. We recommend using registered / trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
  • Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
      • Sale Items
      • Gift Cards
      • Customised Items (if any).
  • Please contact us at hello@furadesign.com to lodge a return. We will notify you once we have received your returned item.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase (e.g. credit card/PayPal), within X working days.
  • Alternatively, we can keep the refund in your store credit (which has no expiry date) by informing us in your email.
Exchange
  • We will replace items that are defective or damaged.
  • Please send us close-up photos of the defect to our email at hello@furadesign.com within 14 days of delivery.
